Geoff Graham is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur with deep experience in real estate development and software. His most significant prior ventures include the development of I’On, a mixed-use, 762 homesite community in Mount Pleasant, SC (1997 to present), and GuildQuality, a software-as-a-service business serving the residential construction industry (2002 to 2019).

During the first five years of I’On’s development, Geoff managed the neighborhood’s vertical and horizontal construction, recruited the builders and managed the building program, and was instrumental in the creation and administration of the neighborhood’s design guidelines. Since the completion of the first homes in 1998, I’On has earned accolades for its financial success, its exceptional design, and its environmental sustainability. I’On and its homes have been widely featured in both consumer publications and professional journals.

Today, homes in the neighborhood are among the most sought after in the Charleston area, with prices comparable to those in the most desirable neighborhoods in the Charleston Peninsula and the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. In 2022, I’On’s partners hosted the inaugural I’On Dialogues, an annual discussion about how we can advance a more beautiful and humane built environment.

In 2002, Geoff left his management role at I’On (he remains a partner in the development company) to launch GuildQuality, a software company serving North America’s residential construction and home improvement industry. Homebuilders, remodelers, and home services companies rely on GuildQuality to monitor and improve the quality of their work and get the recognition they deserve for their commitment to exceptional service. Geoff’s sixteen years of leadership were characterized by capital-efficient growth, a strong company culture that consistently earned it top rankings among Atlanta’s best places to work, and exemplary brand awareness within the industry.

In 2016, Geoff began serving as an advisor to early stage SaaS and tech-enabled services business. That work has expanded over the years and he now supports several founders, CEOs, and leadership teams in an advisory or fractional CXO capacity.

In late 2017, EverCommerce acquired GuildQuality. Geoff continued to lead the business unit and assisted EverCommerce in additional acquisitions and business integrations. He left EverCommerce in early 2019 to devote more time and attention to new ventures like Big Ridge Mountain Club, the Yeoman podcast, Periodical.ink (ETA Fall 2024), and Big Ridge Farm (ETA Winter 2024).

Geoff enjoys hiking, backpacking, whitewater canoeing, barbell training, and reading (particularly history, science fiction, and historical fiction). He occasionally posts on Substack, is pretty active on Twitter, and maintains a reasonably up-to-date-but-largely-inactive LinkedIn profile. Geoff lives in Ansley Park in Atlanta with his wife (married in 2003), two children (born in 2004 and 2007), and their dogs.
